Every day is a battle when a family member serves in the army. But when they return from their missions happy and well, the joy and relief hold no bounds. A video of a similar incident is lately surfacing on the internet where a military mom returned home early from her mission to surprise her daughter. A Texas school assembly witnessed this emotional family reunion. The woman headed straight to her daughter's school assembly. She was standing in the crowd while the daughter was part of a group performing on stage.
As soon as the daughter saw her mother, she was surprised and her joy saw no bounds. She immediately ran towards her mother and gave her a tight and warm hug. The video reminds us of the love and bond we share with our folks.
The video breaks gender stereotypes
Another very significant emotion that the video arouses is pride. When our family members, especially the women are a part of the military, it makes us feel proud. Women were earlier not pictured as those protecting civilians on the borders. Not anymore.
In this video, the woman is not only a military person but also a mom. Usually, we shed tears after seeing military dads reuniting with their kids. But a military mom coming home to their kids is a rare sight. To all the military moms out there, we salute you for your bravery, strength and victories.
