Bella Poarch is a TikTok sensation and one of the most popular and richest Internet celebrities. She is a singer-songwriter gaining fame since the year 2020. In that year, she released a lip-sync performance to the song 'M to the B' by British rapper Millie B which rose her to immense popularity. It became the most-watched video on TikTok in the year 2020. Since then, she kickstarted her career in music. Amidst her latest release, she gained fame for 'Build a Bitch' (released in May 2021) and 'Bad Boy!' (released on November 10, 2023).

Born on February 8, 1997, Poarch came to TikTok in the year 2020 with gaming and cosplay content. However, within three years, she has garnered over 91 million fans. Also known as Denarie Bautista Taylor, Poarch is the fourth richest TikToker after Charli D'Amelio, Dixie D'Amelio, and Addison Rae. 

Early life

But, her growing years were not so star-studded, but rather full of struggles. She was born to Filipino parents in San Fabian, Philippines. However, she was raised by her grandmother in a slum. When Poarch was three years old, she was sent for adoption. She was adopted by an American couple. 

At the time of adoption, her adoptive father was a member of the US military. When he was stationed in Saudi Arabia, he met a Filipino woman who became Poarch's adoptive mother. She had three adopted siblings- two older sisters and her brother. 

According to an interview, she and her adopted brother were heavily abused throughout their childhood. Until Poarch and her brother were enlisted in the military, her father verbally and physically abused them. Even though her mother was not directly involved, she was complicit in the abuse. She used to live on a farm with her family where she was burdened with a lot of responsibilities despite being of a small age.

Poarch was enrolled in the Navy at the age of 18 in the year 2017. She was stationed in Japan where she served for three years as an aviation ordnanceman, a US Navy occupational rating. In 2019, she tied the knot with Tyler Poarch. However, their marriage didn't last long and she got divorced in 2022. 

In the year 2021, Poarch won the 'Breakout Creator of the Year' and the 'Social Star Award' at the Streamy Award Ceremony. In 2023, she won the 'Favourite Social Music Star' at Nickelodeon Kids Choice Award.
