Here are some foods that will definitely help you combat your hair problems:

Salmon

Full of protein, Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins B12, D, and iron, Salmon is just the perfect super food to take care of your hair problems. Omega 3 is what helps your hair look shiny, as it keeps the scalp supple and hydrated. The vitamins, protein and iron keep your hair strong and prevent from breakage.

Sweet Potatoes 

Sweet potatoes help in preventing hair loss problem. Full of beta carotene, this is an excellent source of vitamin A. It promotes the growth of healthy cells and tissues, including hair and scalp. Deficiency of this vitamin leads to dry scalp, resulting in dandruff.

Broccoli
