She wanted to merge business with creativity and that led to the birth of the Indian School of Design and Innovation (ISDI). “It fills me with hope that we have the ability to change the tech ecosystem and provide greater opportunities for women entrepreneurs,” says Radha Kapoor Founder & Executive Director who is also a startup investor. “In our generation, there’s been a paradigm shift – more and more people are making quirky career choices,” shares Kapoor who places design thinking at the her of business agenda at ISDI, which has partnered Parsons school of design in India.
