To tackle this problem, he has announced an engineering college, a women’s ITI and a polytechnic while all sub-divisions will have an ITI in addition to ANM schools.

Some of his programmes concerning the youth of the state include free WiFi in every college and university, monthly allowance of Rs 1000 for two years to youths in between 20-25 to find jobs, Rs 4 lakh interest-free loan for pursuing higher studies and 35% reservation for women in all state government jobs.

He also talked about his commitment to transforming every village into a smart village by improving civic facilities so that none of the people living in the villages feel the need to move to urban settlements in want of better facilities.
