Shraddha Kapoor To Play Double Role In Chaalbaaz In London For The First Time

Shraddha Kapoor: Shraddha Kapoor is all set to play a double role in the recently announced film Chaalbaaz In London. She said she considers herself "blessed and fortunate."

The announcement for the film was made on Saturday, the makers of the film posted a video on social media. It revealed that Shraddha Kapoor will be seen in the film for the first time in a double role.

Shraddha Kapoor expressed her excitement, she said, “I feel blessed and fortunate that the makers thought of me for Chaalbaaz In London. This will be my first ever double role and it will definitely be challenging for any actor. Although there’s a huge responsibility on me, I’m happy that Bhushan sir and Ahmed sir feel that I will be able to pull it off. Also, it’s a great opportunity and a learning experience for me to work with Pankaj Sir who has entertained us for so many years. Looking forward to this journey.”

The Makers And The Director On Shraddha Kapoor

Pankaj Parashar, who also directed the original film starring Sridevi, will direct Chaalbaaz In London. The music from the 1989 film "Naa Jaane Kahan Se Aayi Hai" was played in the background of the new version's announcement video, which made many nostalgic. Talking about the actor, Pankaj Parashar quoted that on-screen, Shraddha Kapoor is magical. He said,  "Her double role, in my opinion, will continue to amaze and astound the audiences."

Bhushan Kumar and Ahmed Khan will produce Chaalbaaz in London. According to a report, while talking about the project, Kumar stated that he loved the plot and quirkiness in the film's narrative. On the other hand, Ahmed Khan said Kapoor seemed like a perfect match for the film.

The film's producers have yet to announce the full cast and other details about the film, but they have confirmed that once the actors will be confirmed, they will begin with the production in London.
