Farzi cast

The makers have roped in an interesting star cast for the show featuring Kay Kay Menon, Amol Palekar, Regina Cassandra and Raashii Khanna among others. Apart from the starry presence of Kapoor, the eight-episode series has superstar Vijay Sethupathi on board too, who will be playing an investigative cop called Michael. It will be interesting to see the deadly combination of the actors involved.

Farzi trailer demonstrates the much talked about class divide in the country, how the rich denounce the poor and why the gap between the wealthy and the poverty-stricken is only widening with time. Going with the notion of 'If you can't change the rules, change the game,' the series attempts a story on the backdrop of system failure and the rise in crime.

It will be interesting to see the cat-and-mouse chase in the series and whether or not Kapoor's character will debunk the age-old systemic challenges the common people often face in the country.

Farzi will stream on Amazon Prime Video from February 10, 2023.
