Ellen Pao on gender biases in Silicon Valley

Ellen Pao, who resigned as Reddit chief executive on Saturday, speaks to Katie Couric for Yahoo News in April about gender discrimination in the workplace. Pao is interviewed shortly after losing a landmark sex discrimination lawsuit against a former employer. Interim Reddit CEO Pao is stepping down, the company announced Friday. Reddit co-founder Steve Huffman will be the site’s new chief executive, while Pao will remain on as an advisor to the board through the end of this year.
