Love transcends all boundaries; physical and mental. We fall in love with a person not just because we are allured by them, we do so because we are able to connect and synchronize with that person on a level that nobody can, irrespective of their sexual orientation. We abuse, bully, beat people who are different, which forces them to hide back in the closet and live the rest of their lives in fear. And the worst part is that we blame the society for it, but really, who makes up the society? It is us; people like you and me and the people around us. The thousands of people who outcast like they are carrying a contagious virus. Perhaps, our rejection stems form our insecurities as we see them as potential threat to every relationship.

Yet, the clearest reason we see is that we have heard so many myths and misconceptions around lesbian love that we have grown used to believing in them. For all we know, being attracted to someone from the same sexual orientation should be as normal as eating our lunch. Instead of abusing and harassing them, we should shower our love and support towards them, for it is a crude world we live in. OUR VISION

We Krishna Chandra Patra, Mahi Raj, Riddhima Chowdhury, Sampurna Sharma and Shruti Singh we collectively stand and want to celebrate the legalization of LGBT in India. We want to portray them in a more positive light, showing their confident and bold side and appreciating their will to spread love, to all.
