As per ANI, Big Boss has reportedly approached Trupti Desai for what will be its 10th season.

Desai said it was not going to be easy for her to stay in the house since it needed her for extended periods of time as the activist has has campaigns lined up for the months ahead. However she is believed to have said that "Bigg Boss" is a good platform to promote male-female equality.

Poorvi Gupta, a feminist and viewer of Big Boss says "what better platform than Big Boss to take your message to a wider audience?" Gupta insists her being on the show "might bring a little more perspective to it and make it more worthwhile for people to watch it instead of it being only related to masala and gossip."

Trupti Desai has been fighting against the gender inequality and recently shot to fame by entering the inner sanctum of Haji Ali dargah where the entry of women was banned.

She is the founder of the Bhumata Brigade Trupti Desai along with her associates has widely campaigned to get entry for women to religious places like the Shani Shingnapur Temple, the Mahalakshmi Temple and the Trimbakeshwar Shiva Temple.
