India’s first-ever Saree flash mob was participated by a bunch of rule-breaker ladies in Indian avatar in Delhi to celebrate the awesomeness of the traditional Indian drape.

This tak dhina dhin event was assembled by an organization called Deviditi at Select City Mall on October 27, 2015. This campaign held upon some epigrams too other than showcasing traditional values only. Praising Indian garments to the skies is one of them, gushing about the beauty and diversity of the traditional clothing is the other one.

With their latkaas & jhatkaas on Bollywood dance numbers like London Thumakda, Indiawaale, Sari Ke Fall Sa, Galla Goodiyaan and Girls Like To Swing, these ladies got attention from crowd as well. Their peppy andaaz cheered by all audiences.

History is been created. Why should only students and kids have all the fun? I wish, I could also be a part of this fantastic flash mob. Let’s revive the trend, the culture of sarees in urban India Hats off to you ladies.
